From Relief to Rehabilitation: The ALMANA-HQ-CEC-CSWCD Experience is the culmination of the experiences in the fieldwork area, the analysis of the processes that took place in the field, and the theory building that took place following these experiences. Its focus is on how environmental issues can be used as a community organizing tool in an area struck by a natural disaster aggravated with environmental abuse.
