 Description:

Santa Claus? With the Christmas season fast approaching, more Santa Claus are expected. This paper hopes to unmask the entity behind the Santa Claus—is it an ogre or a true-blue St. Nick?

This case study will be of significance if effort is made to relate the lessons from studying the relations between a private social service agency and some multinational corporations in the context of the larger society. From the assumption that parallelisms can be made with regards to the agency and the national situation, examples are to be taken with the viewpoint that these can be taken to hold true if taken in the broader perspectives.
