This paper examines the evolution and initiatives of the CO Multiversity in the Philippines, emphasizing its role in strengthening community organizing, urban partnerships, and participatory development. Rooted in the pioneering issue-based community organizing (IBCO) efforts of the Philippine Ecumenical Council for Community Organization (PECCO) and the Zone One Tondo Organization (ZOTO), the CO Multiversity emerged as an institutional response to the growing need for systematic training, research, and advocacy for community organizers and people’s organizations.
