A research on the transformative practices of the women of SAMAKANA in leading a community-based childcare facility in Barangay Batasan Hills, Quezon City

The study aims to document how the conception, management and implementation of a women-led community-based childcare facility becomes a tool for societal transformation and community development. It views women’s reproductive roles as the machinery by which women source their knowledge, skills and experiences that enable them to successfully build a daycare in the community.
