Report 10: For the Love of Teaching

Teachers in the University of the Philippines in Diliman have their own needs and encounters several problems like any human being as they go on with their lives and pursue their careers. Our teachers seek for better living and advancement on their profession and with this evolves factors that are essential for the study.

The primary objective of this study is to answer the following questions: (1) What are the needs of the teachers in our university and how does it affect their lives and their work? (2) What are the factors that can help improve the lives and duties of the teachers, and (3) what are the possible solutions in sustaining the needs of the teachers to improve their current situation?
