This research aims (1) to trace how the rural electrification program of the government works, (2) to compare and contrast the situation of the barangay before and after electrification, (3) to identify the role of local groups in the rural electrification program, and (4) To recommend ways on how people of Brgy. Palugsi can benefit more from the rural electrification program.
