This research is to conceptualize a comprehensive children’s community program that will advocate for the advancement of children’s rights and help address the children’s needs and concerns whether economic, educational, or social in nature. The conceptualization of the program is based on the analysis of the situation of the children in Katuparan Housing Vitas, Tondo.
