The book outlines a series of seminar-workshops aimed at refining the Institute’s approach to national and rural development. Phase I-A focuses on developing a concept paper on national development, seeking feedback from government and private sectors, and creating a framework to guide the Institute’s academic, research, and extension activities. Phase I-B addresses rural development by discussing various perspectives from practitioners, aligning these views with the Institute’s own interpretations, and establishing a unified concept of rural development for institutional guidance.
