Report 6: Looking for the Pied Piper – An analysis of the factors that attract the youth of Bgy. Escopa.

This paper’s research problem is to “critically determine the different factors that may be found vital in the process of organizing those who belong to the youth sector.” Put simply, to find the factors, which motivate or influence the youth into organizing. The researchers consider the issue that before even worrying about organizing the youth, we must first prioritize how to gather the youth that we would eventually organize. The researchers then process how to sustain such an organization. But since this study deals only with how to attract the youth and motivate them to organize.
