This project proposal aims to educate, train, organize, and empower women homeworkers to improve their economic and social status. It will utilize participatory research to develop and disseminate training materials, including guides and primers. The initiative will include seminar-workshops and the establishment of various forms of organization, along with efforts to network with governmental and non-governmental organizations to secure funding and services for homeworkers. By fostering collaboration and capacity-building, the project seeks to enhance the livelihoods and overall well-being of women in this sector.
