The OCE Planning Workshop, held from July 2-4, 1984, was divided into three key segments: discussing current office goals and program directions in alignment with the Institute’s priorities, reviewing and recommending improvements to the OCE’s organizational structure, policies, and procedures, and developing a work plan for July-December 1984.
