This action-research project aims to enhance the agricultural capabilities of selected upland communities in food production through the application of appropriate technology for rice, corn, and coconut crops. It focuses on three major objectives: first, to assess the village-level conditions and needs for improving agricultural technology in upland areas; second, to develop, disseminate, and promote suitable technologies among upland marginal farmers; and third, to create mechanisms that ensure the sustainability of technology validation and dissemination at the village level. By achieving these objectives, the project seeks to empower local farmers and significantly improve food production in these communities.
