The study will include a research of the programs implemented by COSE. The initiatives of the organization towards Community-based Programs are also scrutinized. The minimum number of programs to be assessed will be limited to two to three. The study will not tap the issues regarding budget for the reason that participation will be observed outside the context of allocation and maintenance. Its main goal is merely to determine the social perception of the elderly on social empowerment.
