Women CREATE – A Proposal: Setting a Common Perspective for Women-Oriented Projects

Category: Project Proposals  Pages: 17  Language: English
 Description:

The Women CREATE Project responds to the escalating exploitation and abuse faced by women and children in the worsening economic climate, where incidents of violence, including rape, domestic abuse, and trafficking, have surged. Many women and children fall victim to exploitative practices such as mail-order brides and prostitution, leading to tragic outcomes, including suicide. Recognizing the urgent need for action, the project focuses on empowering grassroots women leaders by enhancing their advocacy skills and awareness. This collective empowerment aims to help these women devise strategies for protecting themselves and their children, ultimately improving their lives and contributing significantly to the broader fight against violence and exploitation.
