This paper looks back on the entire field experience and from a feminist perspective attempt to analyze how the agency handles its clients as well as the issues and concerns present in the agency setting. The feminist framework will be used as a tool for analysis. Furthermore, this paper will also discuss the social environment of the clientele group as well as the summary of interventions given. It would also discuss the probability of the clientele group to improve their social functioning in the society. Lastly, this will also discuss the insights and reflections of the field worker from the field experience.
